Recommended rollout
Use both NFC and QR on the same product. NFC gives the fastest interaction on supported phones; QR keeps the experience accessible for tablets, older phones and users who prefer the camera.
Compatible devices
Pompi products are designed for simple, app-free interactions on modern phones. Use NFC where the device supports tap-to-open, and print a QR code beside it so every camera-equipped phone or tablet has a clear path.

A compatible phone opens the configured website, review form, profile or action in the browser. QR scanning uses the device camera, scanner control, Google Lens or an equivalent built-in tool.
Keep the QR code visible, high contrast and large enough to scan quickly. Add a short tap/scan prompt when the product is used in busy public spaces.
Designed for B2B use
Pompi combines NFC and QR so the physical object does not depend on one device type. You choose the destination; users choose the interaction that works on their phone or tablet.
